What About Cabin Rentals

Questions I should ask before I rent a Cabin?
There are many cabins  rentals in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.   How do I choose the best  one?   Are they clean?   Is it in a good location?  Why are there extra costs like  cleaning, booking fees and hot tub usage fees?

Answer:  There are hundreds of cabins available for overnight rentals in this area but there is no consistency.  Most of the cabins are rented by big property management companies.  The cabins are spread  through out the county so it makes it very difficult to keep on top of cleanliness, maintenance and repairs.  Many of the cabin rentals companies will not tell you exactly where the cabin is until you have rented it.   Even though the nightly rate is listed on the website once you book you will be charged the hidden charges for booking fees, cleaning fees and hot tub fees.  The biggest complaint we hear from guests is cleanliness.  They want it clean.  Which is the way it should be!
