Breakfast at the Lodge!

We serve breakfast each morning in our dinning room from 8am to 9:30am.  Your are welcome to sit at an intimate table for two or at the large group table in the center of the dinning room.  We serve a filling country gourmet breakfast each morning, but if something lighter is appealing try our fresh fruit plate or baked old fashioned oatmeal. 

You may be served one of these gourmet selections —

Belgian waffles piled high with fresh sliced strawberries and bananas, whipped cream and pecans. A side helping of perfectly-baked sliced bacon.  And fresh baked  honey raisin bran muffins. 

Western Saddle Scramble includes skillfully arranged sweet peppers, savory sausage, cheese and topped with a mild salsa.  To accompany with fresh baked buttermilk biscuits and a cheesy baked hash brown casserole.   For starters a delightfully taste tempting   cinnamon pear halves and freshly sliced homemade carrot cake bread will tantalize your taste buds.

Almond Baked Stuffed French Toast embraces a cream cheese and almond blend, delectable sliced French bread griddled to perfection overlaid with macerated strawberries, whipped cream,  toasted almond slivers and a dusting of powdered sugar. A generous helping of honey baked ham. 

Omelets Olean  lets you create it your own combination.  Choose from cheddar cheese, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, ham, bacon, and sour cream can be included for your own custom made omelet.  Along with "northern" fired potatoes and home style __ sliced toast and banana fosters alamode.

Lunch at the Lodge!

Are you planning a hike, a leisurely drive in the National Park or just staying here at the lodge and relaxing? We offer boxed or backpack lunches. 

You can choose from the following:

Turkey Wrap; Oven Roasted Turkey, Provolone Cheese, Lettuce Tomato, Mayonnaise wrapped in a Flour Tortilla.

Ham & Cheese; Baked hickory ham & swiss cheese with honey mustard, lettuce, tomato on honey wheat bread.

Chicken Salad; Chicken Salad with chopped walnuts, celery, raisins, provolone cheese, tomato, lettuce on farmhouse white bread.

All lunches include pickle, chips, fruit, dessert and  a beverage.

  We must have your order request by the evening before or by 10am at the latest.       $9.95 Per Person    

Dinner at the Lodge!

How about a "Romantic Dinner Basket" for two.  Enjoy the beautiful ambiance of the mountainous landscape from the "Mountain View Pavilion" as you serve yourself to a unique dinning experience. You have a choice of a juicy, tender grilled Ribeye Steak, an Atlantic Salmon fillet or a fresh boneless skinless chicken breast served with either a baked white or  sweet potato. A medley of grilled seasoned vegetables, seasoned twisted bread sticks, appetizer and a sinful dessert to finish the evening.  

We must have your order request by the evening before or by 10am at the latest.
