The refreshing Tennessee Smoky Mountain atmosphere at Berry Springs Lodge is a great alternative to the enclosed environment of the typical meeting area. The beautiful setting will stimulate employee brainstorming and imagination. Our brand new conference room can accommodate up to 14 for meetings and the dining room is ideal for larger groups. The two living room areas also make great meeting areas and break out session areas. Each of the rooms have a  T-1 data port  connection and the entire lodge is equipped with wireless internet.

Training sessions , study groups, executive seminars, and corporate retreats can be hosted here, effectively combining business and the comforts of a country inn. We have over 1,500 square feet of outside deck space, over 2,000 square feet of living and dinning room area and 33 acres of rolling hills, 14 seat conference room, library, walking trails and open fields for group activities. In addition we can provide audiovisual aids, easels, flip charts, on site fax service, and PC/Modem/Printer.

Outdoor Bar-B-Q

With the new addition of our Valley Pavilion special outdoor events offer the best opportunity to enjoy the gorgeous views of the Great Smoky Mountains.

$23.00 per person: Menu can include; Grilled BBQ Chicken, Hamburgers and buns, Home style Potato salad, Green Salad, Chips, Corn on the cob, Baked beans, Fresh fruit salad, Fresh baked apple and cherry pies with ice cream, Refreshing Iced tea, lemonade, coke, diet coke, sprite and coffee, Mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato for sandwich toppings. "Chicken & hamburgers can be substituted for steak or fish for an additional cost of $7.00 per person"

Smoky Mountain Storytelling Bonfire

A popular activity for many groups is to be entertained by a local storyteller. They provide interesting, enlighting, and humorous tales, both factual and fictional, focusing on life in the smoky mountains. Shows are approximately 1-½ hours.

$250.00 + Tax and gratuity. Includes cocoa, cider and s’mores.

Spa Services

A massage is the perfect compliment to your visit to Berry Springs Lodge. Your group members can enjoy a relaxing therapeutic massage by Smoky Mountain Therapeutics. Services can be booked individually.               

       $85 for one hour.                                                   

Mountain Biking

Berry Springs has mountain bikes available for guests to enjoy for excursions over the property. Helmets and bikes are complimentary. In addition to on-property biking, we will be happy to arrange customized off-property guided tips.

Fishing

Test your fishing skills on either the Catfish pond or the Large Mouth Bass pond located on our property. Fishing polls and gear are provided free of charge to our guests. Off property, test stamina and finesse against the wild fresh water trout in over 600 miles of streams in the Great Smoky Mountains or spend a day at Douglas Lake fishing bass.

On property fishing is complementary

Full day guided fishing, $200.00 Half-day $135.00 Group rates determined by size.

Ride next to nature on a horse through breathtaking views from atop mountains. Guided one hour and two-hour rides are available at nearby stables.

Hiking

Berry Springs Lodge encompasses 33 acres of forests and meadows that makes it ideal for novice hiking and exploring. The Great Smoky Mountain Nation Park offers a parade of trails, wildflowers, mountain streams, cascades, old foundations, wildlife and spectacular views.

Trail guides offer hikes and nature walks for all skill levels.
